School

Emma is doing so well in school shes been there a week now and really is loving it I am so happy shes able to go to a special school that has the needs that she needs she does such fun things they have a whiteboard at the front of the classroom with is hooked up to a computer they start the class off by showing a music dvd that the kids get to dance to and then they have to sit down and wait for then turn they all have a page done with there name on it with a picture of them and they get up either drag the letters of there name to the boxes they have on there to spell there name or they have to try and find there name and rub out whats on it to see there name I am told by emmas teacher that she done this all by herself on monday without the teachers help.I am so happy that she has really adjusted so quickly to school I thought that I might have a little trouble trying to get her to stay like she always done at kindergarten shes been coming home imitating lots of different things shes so cute and funny to watch.I still can't believe that shes at school time sure has came by so fast it didn't hit me about her going to school until she was ready for it so now that I know that shes doing really good at school and shes so happy to do and joins in on everything I have nothing to worry about anymore.I will have to post some picture of here once I gets some photos the teacher told me that at the end of every term she will send emma home with some pictures they took so it will be really fun to see them and see what she up to at school,I'm not sure if shes going to be too happy next week is there last week before they have 2 weeks off for the holidays so shes going to be wondering why she hasnt been to school over the 2 weeks in someways its really good she dosent understand and she wont know how long shes been off for.I will post some pictures as soon as I can in the next few weeks.

Emmas Birthday

Emmas birthday on Friday was a very special one for her because it was also her last day at kindergarten they had a special mat time for her she wasnt feeling well so I had to end up holding her they sang 2 of her favourite songs and then 2 more as well as 1 birthday one and one happy school days one it was a wonderful time they gave emma a play dough cake,made a hat that some of her friends help make and made her a card that was from everyone at kindergarten.Emma doesn't still understand that it was her birthday but she had a great day we had a supper for her and some of the family came over this year I wanted to make her something nice for her cake and because shes got a love for animals I decided that a monkey would be cute so I made her a cake with a monkey face I wasn't to sure if it was going to work or not but it turned out great.Its so hard to believe that shes 6 the years have gone by so fast.

Winters Finally Here

I think our winter has finally started all last week we woke up to frost on the ground.It was so funny to watch emmas eyes when she saw it the poor thing thought that it was snow on the ground and go soooooooooo excited about it she remembered the snow we saw before christmas when were we on holiday so it was funny every morning when she got up she looked out the door before getting ready to go to kindergarten to see if the ground was white and sure enough it sure was but I think she hs realised that its not snow because its not as deep and doesnt stay that long on the ground but when she does understand what it is she will know the difference between them so at the moment she still thinks its snow.

Its been a while since I have posted anything

Its been a while since I have had the chance to post anything on there the last month has been so busy emma had her holidays for 2 weeks so that meant keeping her busy then she got sick the week she was meant to go bad to kindergarten the dr seem to think she had the chicken pox and told me to bring her back at the end of the week and on top of that she had a virus as well so when I took her back to get her spots checked the dr seemed to think that they werent chicken pox that she had which was so great.We have been trying to find a school for emma to go to before she turns 6 soon we went to a school which was really nice and so very friendly and the teacher that will be teaching emmas class I know so I know that emma will really enjoy it shes such a nice lady so we just have to wait to see if emma gets the funding she needs to be able to go to this school we are pretty sure that she should get it.
Yesterday was Mothers Day I am sure blessed to be emmas mother being a mother is such a wonderful blessing we as mothers go through alot we have ups and downs days good and bad but no matter what it turns out like we are the ones that always get through it being a mother is sure the most beautifulest thing that can happen and as time goes by we just grow stronger and stronger,Happy Mothers Days to all of you

Kindergarten Trip

Emma Had a Kindergarten Trip 2 weeks ago she really enjoyed it they went to a farm which we all know she would love,my mum went with her she had fun I told her that she can have a grandma and grandaughter day,my told me that emma had lots of fun with was really good mum ended up having to look after emmas friend ryan as well while they were there so it was fun the farm they went to is not that far away so the kids would have loved going on the bus to get there.There were lots of animals emma enjoyed the dog and the sheep but for emma she will just about love any animal they also got to have a ride on the back of a trailer which emma had 2 rides on she loved it.I was so glad that mum and emma had a great time out here are some pictures. Emmas Friend Adams Birthday Party

Emma was invited to her best friend Adams birthday party he turned 5 and is off to school I know that emma will sure miss having him to play at kindergarten they sure did really get on very well.Adams mum told us that Adam always talked about emma all the time and one day she asked him what makes emma special he turned around and said its because shes a girl and then she asked him is emma able to hear you when you talk to her he said yes mum she can hear me theres nothing wrong with her hearing I thought that was so cute I think his mum explained to him that emma is deaf.She really enjoyed herself at the party there were lots of kids there mostly ones that already left kindergarten last year it was good that emma got to play with Adam they did lots they chased bubbles that Adams mum blew for them and they had races on scooters and them one on a bike and one on a scooter they took turns going down the slide emma had so much fun that she didnt want to come home.Here are some pictures .

Its Been A While Since I've Posted Anything

Since we have been back from our holiday I havent had to chance to write anything on here.Now that things have been not so busy for me I thought that it was time that I put something on here.Our holiday to see Jasons parents went really well we were over there for 6 weeks in that time we were able to go and see Jasons sister and her family it was really fun and emma enjoyed playing with her cousins we were sad that we werent able to go and see his bother Jared and Ericka and the kids we wanted to beable to spend some time with them we were sorry that we couldn't make that happen but next time we will be making sure that it happens.Emma got to play in the snow for her very first time she had so much fun and really enjoyed it so everyday when she got up she will look at the window to see if there was any snow on the ground she was so funny.Since we have been back things have been so busy emma started back at kindergarten a week and a half after we got home she really enjoyed it very much it took her a few days to get used to it again not realising that shes been away from it for so long and was probably wondering why its taken her so long to go back again.Emma now has a thing for playing on the computer we have some animal games so she plays them so both Jason and I find it hard to get the chance to use the computer when emmas around,shes growing up to fast for me shes not so little any more and is getting clever as well even though her speech still hasnt came yet we are getting there slowly shes at the stage now she can say two words together her fav words are good girl and my turn.Heres some pictures of emma playing in the snow.
